As an Optimizely partner, you can expect a wealth of networking, collaboration and celebration of customer successes at Opticon. The two days you’ll spend in San Francisco are an incredible opportunity to deepen your engagement with the Optimizely team as well as your joint clients. In the spirit of partnership, we want to share 6 reasons why Opticon is a can’t miss event for our partners.

1. Meet great people.

As the premier conference in the optimization industry, Opticon draws leaders and experts from key verticals including e-commerce, media, travel, and technology. The two days you’ll spend in the presence of such a diverse and engaged audience is an opportunity to strengthen or make new connections with leaders in these industries, such as AirBnB, Netflix, One Kings Lane and more.

2. Hear from 70+ industry and Optimizely experts.

In 2014, Rand Fishkin of Moz gave a talk called Why Great Marketers Must Be Great Skeptics.

We’re going above and beyond to secure expert speakers you won’t want to miss. The real people who do optimization at Microsoft, Trulia, CBS and many more will be on stage, sharing insights into enterprise level testing programs. The speaker lineup is bound to strengthen your knowledge of the Optimizely product as well as strategies for taking back to your clients. There are 35+ sessions on our agenda, and here’s a glimpse of three that are particularly relevant for Optimizely partners:

Pushing the Boundaries of Optimizely

Optimizely is not just an A/B Testing tool; customers are using Optimizely in creative ways outside the scope of typical testing. From advanced solutions and third-party integrations to behavioral targeting and personalization, learn how some of the most advanced, technical users are utilizing Optimizely in ways our founders would have never even dreamed of. We’ll have a panel discussion moderated by Senior Solutions Architect, Brad Taylor, followed by a Q&A session with some of the best and brightest minds pushing Optimizely to boldly go where no testing platform has gone before.

Benchmark Your Optimization Program

What does ‘normal’ look like for an optimization program? What about best-in-class? What are the opportunities and challenges facing teams that are optimizing, and how do they allocate their manpower and budget towards them? We sought out the answers to these tough questions for our first industry benchmark report. This session will be an in-depth discussion of how to quantify and benchmark optimization performance.

Personalization Using Optimizely Audience Integration

This session will highlight how Optimizely’s Audience integrations allow you to deliver personalized experiences to your visitors. We’ll hear from a panel of Optimizely customers about how they’ve used Optimizely’s integrations with first and third-party data platforms, such as BlueKai, Demandbase, and Lytics, to create custom audiences for targeted testing and personalization.

3. Hear about new products first.

If you attend Opticon, you’ll be the first to hear the announcements about the key products we plan to launch in the second half of 2015. This year, we are also unveiling marquis technology integrations, a new partner program, and a new developer site.

4. Create stickier client engagements.

Meet with the sales, partnerships and customer success teams to discuss joint clients, co-selling opportunities, knowledge gaps and other ways that your partnership can create strategic value. Connecting in person can propel your partnership throughout the rest of year.
