The San Francisco Business Times published its annual special edition on LGBTQ business leadership for this year’s pride month. The Business of Pride will shine a spotlight on people and companies behind the policies and progress.
We’re incredibly proud that Optimizely’s Chief People Officer, Erin Flynn, has been honored as an LGBTQ leader who is out and making a difference in the business world.
Optimizely Team Celebrating Erin
“June is Pride Month but I feel like, at Optimizely, I can celebrate Pride every month. Erin is our executive sponsor on the Out@Optimizely community, which I lead, and has been an incredible mentor for me as I build out the program,” said Zach Power, software engineer at Optimizely. “It was a privilege to get to acknowledge Erin’s LGBTQ leadership at the gala cocktail party at the Four Seasons Hotel in San Francisco as we celebrated all of the leading voices in the community.”
Watch (or read!) Erin’s interview with SF Business Times to hear her story about coming out at work, the bosses who have helped her along the way, and how she’s making an impact at Optimizely.
Congratulations to all those recognized for being OUTstanding leaders and creating the change we need for the LGBTQ community at work.
