One of the highlights from Opticon19 last week was the participation of the Cox Automotive team. I’m a regular user of both Autotrader and Kelley Blue Book and have benefited first hand from the investments that Cox has made in its digital experience.
The team participated in two sessions. First, we got insights from Frances Reyes, Seth Stuck, and Sabrina Ho in their session titled: Cox Automotive: Testing Across Multiple Brands. They shared how Cox captures best practices and applies them throughout their organization—even across brands and business models.
In the second session, Jessica Stafford SVP and GM of Autotrader, joined Optimizely’s VP of Customer Success Jennifer Ruth, along with leaders from Stubhub and Salesforce to offer perspectives on how experimentation helps drive business performance.
