According to new research from Forrester1, leading enterprises have consolidated online testing and personalization techniques such as behavioral targeting and recommendations into centers of excellence to achieve one common goal: to optimize digital experiences across the entire lifecycle of customer engagement.

Professionals responsible for optimizing customer interactions – such as marketers, customer service teams, product managers, ecommerce teams – are accelerating the consolidation of these practices to meet expectations that brands must deliver highly personal, digital experiences across many digital touchpoints. This consolidation of capabilities has led to the emergence of a new space: ‘Experience Optimization’.

Optimizely Named as a Strong Performer in The Experience Optimization Space

We are proud to announce that among the eight online testing platforms that “matter most,”. Optimizely is cited as a strong performer in The Forrester Wave™: Experience Optimization Platforms, Q2 2018 (requires subscription), where it received the highest score possible in the execution roadmap criterion.

Forrester Research Inc., selected and evaluated eight of the most significant providers specializing in experience optimization for this report. To assess the state of the experience optimization platforms (EOP) market and see how the vendors stack up against each other, Forrester evaluated the strengths and weaknesses of top EOP vendors. Optimizely received the maximum score of 5/5 on six criteria including execution roadmap, partner ecosystem, channel and touchpoint test execution, and channel and touchpoint targeting.

According to The Forrester Wave™: Experience Optimization Platforms, Q2 2018, “Optimizely X is built for enterprise-scale experimentation”. While citing Optimizely’s “recent acquisition of Experiment Engine provides native program management capabilities” as a differentiator, Forrester also notes that we aim to “continue the trajectory of [our] past successes with a recent appointment of a new CEO and significant investment in developing [our] Optimizely Full Stack product line.” Optimizely remains committed to marketing teams while expanding our offerings to cater to product and development teams throughout enterprises.
